The Innokin VCAP pods feature built-in mesh coils, eliminating the need for manual coil changes and making replacements quick and mess-free. Just pop in a new pod when needed. Thanks to the mesh coil technology, the VCAP pods provide an optimal vaping experience by evenly heating your e-liquid for rich flavour and satisfying vapour production.
Designed with practicality in mind, the VCAP pods include a leak-resistant structure to minimise spills and mess. The transparent design makes it easy to monitor your e-liquid levels at a glance, so you’ll always know when it’s time to refill. Plus, Innokin has colour-coded each pod by resistance, making it easy to tell them apart if you use multiple types, so no more guesswork.
These versatile pods support all vaping styles, mouth-to-lung, direct-to-lung, and restricted direct-to-lung. They’re also compatible with both nicotine salts and freebase e-liquids, giving you full control over how you vape based on your preferred resistance and e-liquid type.

What Is Ohms?
Ohms relates to the resistance of the coil. Anything under 1 ohm is classed as ‘sub ohm’ and should be used with e-liquids that have a VG ratio of 60VG or above. Anything 1 ohms or above can be used with 50/50 liquids and other high PG liquids such as nic salts.
Guide To Coil Resistances:
0.4Ohm – Is a lower resistance for a warmer vape and increased vapour production. Ideal for direct-to-lung vaping with high VG e-liquids.
0.6Ohm – Also suited for DTL vaping, offering a slightly tighter draw. Best paired with 70VG/30PG e-liquids.
0.8Ohm – Ideal for DTL vaping. Performs best with 70VG/30PG at a higher wattage, or 50VG/50PG at lower wattages.
1.2Ohm – Higher resistance that produces less vapour and a cooler inhale. Great for MTL vaping with a cigarette-like feel, especially when using 50VG/50PG e-liquids.
